This is only used by the B3DAcceleratorPlugin, so drop it from the
build.

If you're building from Ian's predigested 3.5-1devel tar, find the
src/plugins.ext file and remove the B3DAcceleratorPlugin from the list.

If you have built a src tree with VMMaker, either remove the b3dblah
from the plugins.int or plugins.ext or better yet regenerate from
VMMaker and simply make sure the b3dblah is in the list of plugins to
_not_ make - ie after using the menu to 'make all internal' or 'make all
external' just drag it back to the leftmost list before hitting the
'generate all' button. You can save a configuration to reuse later if
you're likely to repeat this exercise.
