A new version of Developer Workspace is registered on Squeakmap.
Works in 3.6, maybe in 3.7alpha

Instructions:

1. Take a new updated 3.6 image or download the current Squeak 3.6 from
files 
   like
ftp://st.cs.uiuc.edu/Smalltalk/Squeak/3.6/win/Squeak3.6-current-win-full.zip

2. Open the "package loader" from the world menu and select "Developer
Workspace"
3. Right click and select "Install"
3. Follow the instructions on the screen (typically you should answer all
   questions with yes)
4. You end up with a nice environment including 
	- Several Squeak Tools
	- Monticello (the new versioning system)
	- Seaside (the web framework)
      - TestBrowser (the test browser)
	- Breakpoint Support (see context menu on a method in a browser)
5. Save the image
