It's entirely possible that I removed them as part of the packaging of
VMMaker and quite possible that I failed to do anything about putting
them in a separate package. Mea Culpa etc. I guess they'll be there in
3.4 and can be extracted and packaged; think of it as demand driven
just in time package generation. Is there a paper in that?
