This version includes the original posted on October/4, the fixes from
Stefane posted on November/13 and some fixes made by myself today.

This version solved all the conflicts with a 3.7a (5545) image.

This changeset includes the changes all over the image to make it
translatable.

Basically it means:

- sending of #translated message to visible strings to make them
translatable

- some few #format: messages to replace string concatenations of strings
where the order make sense only in English


This changeset was tested in a 3.7a (5423) and I solved 43 conflicts (most
of them with MCP-Complete changeset).

Second revision: Tested in 3.71 (5545) 19 conflicts was solved.  Thanks
