Well, IMHO languages should be packages - as EVERYTHING eventually will
be.
Then sure, we can have a multiLangSuperFull image distro if that is
interesting, but we can also very easily do the following:

1. Add a very prominent menu/button that simply selects language and
then downloads/installs it using SM2. Or even detects the preferred
language from the OS on startup and downloads/installs it.

2. And also note that the above *doesn't need a net connection* because
SM2 has a proper client cache - we can include the cache (in selected
parts or even full) in the zip-file you download when you download
Squeak.

This is btw the distributed format that I am aiming at - a small kernel
image (that is getting smaller and smaller when we manage to detangle
more and more) + the "sm" directory tree which includes a cache.

Exactly what you want to have in the cache is of course completely up to
debate. :)
