If you click on HeadingMorph, nothing will happen
(the arrows will not be repositioned). Arrows
will change only when you move the mouse while
the red button is presseed.

This is strange. My chageset changes this behavior,
the morph now responds to `mouseDown:' and `mouseMove:'
in the same way.

I do not know whether the former behaviour was
indended or not - so decide.
