[BUG][FIX]Saving snapshot to other directories

It's long pissed me off that you can only save a snapshot to the same
directory as you started it in. Or from. Or however you like to say it.

It's not a difficult thing to do really. This changeset does it. You
can now start /foo/bar/wibble/mySnapshot.image and 'save as...' to
~fredflintstone/squeakystuff/fredsjunk.image.

I also made the changes file close and reopen in more sensible seeming
places during the saving process. This means I can actually use the
system without falling foul of the old 'open the file multiple times'
crap.

Works in a 3.6 release image or a 3.7 5423+ image.
