Hi again!

Looked at this some more and realized that SmallInteger had its own
version. New version attached rewrites that one too, more info in the
preamble.

Also noted that when running Smopstone a "Smalltalk garbageCollect" is
really nice to do first - otherwise the numbers jump around a lot, also
increased the count to 30 to get more reliable results.
