Adds two menu items to Celeste: 
'save mail account settings' and 'read mail account settings' 
Saving will make two files in the VM directory, CelesteSetup and
MailSenderSetup.
The CelesteSetup file contains your pop server name and pop user name,
and the MailSenderSetup file the SMTP server name and user name. This
way you dont need to remember these names moving from image to image."!
