Theres a package on SqueakMap called "Base Image Tests". All (good)
tests submitted are harvested there, and those are run every week
against the current image and reported to the list (well, I don't bother
to send them in lately because there haven't been updates applied
against 3.7 yet, but the machinary is all there).

Of course you can just install the package and run the tests.
