1. After changing English -> Japaneese and back Japaneese -> English I 
see Japaneese characters in context menus.

2. Loading SAR may be installed only once:

 instal m17n into  clean image;

 close image without saving ;

 open same image again and install m17n.sar ;

System reports an error.
