Hi Pravin!

There are two preferences, one that swap Ctrl<-->Alt  and the other one that
duplicates those common functions to be used also with the Ctrl key.

Open the Tools flap and then drag and drop the Preferences window to the
desktop. Go to the general preferences and there you are.
