Monticello: change package cache dir?

Ok. I can see that this can actually be good (especially with the new
dialog for loading packages from a repostory: I did split them because
it got somewhat confusing... this is now much better!).

Yes, that's a problem. Maybe Monticello could check if the directory
exists, and if not, just reset the path to the current directory.
