Reproduce:

take a new squeak 37 with lates updates. Open it, install the newer version
of SqueakMap Base Package. Try to install the package MCInstaller -> it 
crashes in SMLoader>>installPackage.

The return value of #install in any installer class is not a Boolean, 
but it is tested with #ifFalse: in this method.
