A very small fix for InternalThreadNavigationMorph.

When you have more than one ITNM, and one of them has more projects than 
the other, if you switch from the bigger  to the other and the bigger is at 
an index greater than the number of pages of the smaller, the morph becomes 
empty.
Perhaps this is the expected behaviour. I prefer, having in mind a final 
user, to lead to the last project instead of an empty navigator.
