Sorry, that entry in SqueakMap does not work.

So you could do

a) download the changeset (cs.gz) from the listarchive at
   lists.squeakfoundation.org  
   Open a FileList, select the changeset, press the "install" button.

b) This fix has been added to Squeak 3.7a. So you could download
   an 3.7a image, and then press "load code updates".
   (Or set the version of your current 3.6 image to 3.7alpha
   ("SystemVersion setVersion" should do this, I hope), 
   then load the updates)
