[crash] Squeak crash on MasOS 10.3 (panther)

Hi Joshua
    When Squeak crash I was working with Seaside, developping in the same image than the
Seaside server.  But I don't think this is related.  IMHO I think that the crash was related to the
fact that I had 2 differents VM in the same directory, and none in the Application directory.

For now I deleted one VM in the default directory and add one to the Application directory (I
know that this is not required but simpler if no VM is present in the default directory). It
seems OK but this is too fresh to assert that my problem is FIX.
