[crash] Squeak crash on MasOS 10.3 (panther)

AAAAAAAHHH

Well it's a bug in os-x 10.3
Perhaps a bug, or I've violated a rule.
I'd suggest folks submit bug reports with crash logs to Apple
since as we know Squeak has worked just fine on systems using os-x  
10.2.8 or lower.

I'll have a new VM for folks to try on saturday once I"ve finished  
traveling home, assuming I can find a workaround.
