try the following
(1) Change fonts via the appearence/system fonts World menu.
(2) If none of the fonts suit your need get Accufonts
(3) if you still don't like the fonts get TrueTypeTextStyle.
(3) will enable you to use TrueType fonts. AFAIK (3) is alrady part of
the stock 3.6 image.
