It is a nice idea.
We did that in a less informal way with the art of smalltalk people 
reported to me the OR errors and I fixed them.
Soon we will have some other books: inside Smalltalk and the green and 
orange smaltlalk book.
For now I will produce a huge PDf containing all the images.
