[FIX][3.6b] NetNameResolverFix-mu ( [er] added related fix from my NameResolverErrorFix-nk from 27 June. )

This has the same fix for addressForName:timeout: as my prior
NameResolverErrorFix-nk of 27 June.

However, it also allows the exception to be reported correctly from
promptUserForHostAddressDefault:.

I combined my prior CS with Umezawa-san's and attached it.
