I think he means that the next version after 9 on SqueakMap should be 
10, not 13. This is something I've been mulling over a bit as well. 
Perhaps we should have a major.minor.micro version number for releases, 
and just have a list somewhere that maps release numbers to versions. 
(1.0.6 -> Monticello-cwp.13, for example).

I think it would be easier for Monticello users to understand. Version 
names are pretty arbitrary and the relationships between them have 
little to do with the degree of change in the user experience.
