Easy, in VMMaker. Simply don't have it in either the internal or
external build list. Working from a prepared tarball, you could try
removing the name from either the plugins.ext or plugins.int files in
src/plugins (probably) which I think will persuade the make to ignore
it. You might need to rerun configure ?
