When you click on an TextURL you get asked if a browser should be opened
and then, if you said yes, you get the info that there is no webbrowser
installed....

With this changeset the user get's asked if a missing webbrowser should
be installed from SqueakMap instead of asking her if she really did
click on this link on purpose...
