Yes, note the lack of Monticello in that list.

As 5880's preamble says, "To avoid having to pull in Monticello for now,
this first strips down the existing PackageInfo to a bare class (so as to
not obsolete existing instances and references), and then loads the package
as if for the first time from SqueakMap."

Monticello depends on PackageInfo so when the image installs 5880 Monticello
stops working and the update fails. (MCWorkingCopy>>package calls
"PackageInfo named: name" which causes the MNU.)
