If I try to save a Book Morph using the 'book' menu,  'send all pages to
server', 'use page numbers', I get an error 'server name not found'.
The same holds true for the other menu choices.  This is using Squeak
3.6.  I have done too little to the system to have wrecked it myself, so
can anyone please tell me the fix?
