Bounced messages

There have been two cases on the squeak-ev list that got disabled 
because of bounces.

The error message was:

> Connected to 141.44.23.1 but sender was rejected.
> Remote host said: 450 4.7.1 Access denied. IP name forged [62.4.94.5]
> I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too 
> long.


So something makes other servers think that the squeak listserver has a 
"forget" IP.
