can you make a .cs, with a preample (just a short description), and 
then post
it either as a [ENH] to the list or just add it as an entry to the 
mantis bugtracker.

It's important to have a changeset, as mostly harvesters tend to be too 
lazy
to build one, and so a submission without a .cs will take some time to 
get in.
