A PS to my previous mail regarding the selection of the correct keyboard
shortcuts for copy/paste under MSWindows:

When I set the preference #swapControlAndAltKeys manually to true
it works fine

(World menu->appearance...->preferences...->general tab-> check
#swapControlAndAltKeys)
