Could someone pleeeease check into this.

To recap when I try to make a squeakmap release from squeaksource  I 
get a web page that appears to be from squeaksource  telling me that 
access to the cache at squeakmap was denied.
The page squeaksource appears to be trying to access is
http://map1.squeakfoundation.org/sm/packagebyname/IRCe/newrelease

I can access and make a squeakmap release via the web interface on 
squeakmap.
