Yeah, and it seems the problem is that this doesn't resolve properly:
http://map1.squeakfoundation.org/sm/packagebyname/IRCe
...but this does:
http://map1.squeakfoundation.org/sm/packagebyname/irce
Not sure why yet. The code should do asLowercase on the package name
etc.
It actually seems that it blows up if any letter in the package name is
upper case. Hrmph.
Anyway, the SM server seems a tad unhealthy at the moment. For example -
the changes-file on the server has gone bye, bye. Eh, sigh. I am looking
at this right now. I will probably just make a server upgrade today or
tomorrow.
