Niels a long time ago there was a sqMacMinimal.c file in the Developer  
folder in the mac tree which was a first cut of the support routines  
for
a porter to use to port a VM. Alas it's quite out of date but might be  
worth looking at. But since you've got the task of doing this port,  
thank you, could I suggest you
document things a bit for us so we can fold those comments back into  
the meager porting guides we have about.  Please feel free to ask us  
and the list about how to help you complete
this port in a timely manner.
