The Win32 build uses GCC-2.95, is this mingw32? I would like to know the
exact tools used to rebuild a windows VM which performs as well as the
officially distributed one. I have only used cygwin (gcc3.2-3.4), and it
performs noticeably worse on average, after various tests.
