No. This theme doesn't correspond to current themes. I use the other method
how to draw window titles (new morph named SystemWindowLabelArea). I have no
benchmarks, but I suppose that the window drawing may be faster now. The
windows titles include less morphs and drawing operations are simpler. But
it's only an experiment.
