I don't like to see you leave at all, and I understand your wish to have 
some time with your family in those interesting times which lie ahead.

No, I don't think it is ...  its what you get whenever a strong leader 
is missing. A cathedral with its top stone missing would just fall down 
one day, but a bazaar will meander into lots of different directions in 
the same time, with the net effect being the same.
