Assuming that there are only 105 pages on the SqF swiki (i.e., that http://swiki.squeakfoundation.org/squeakfoundation/105 is the last page in the swiki), then gsvlflma-as-2-209-208-109-56.dyn.atlantic.net & I have restored the swiki in its entirety.

I'm off to slake my thirst after all that copy'n'pasting.
