I was reading my ACM News Service this morning - http://www.acm.org/technews/current/homepage.html - and I found an article titled "Open 3D Operating System Ripe for Commercial Development", covering Croquet.

The abstract points to the full article at http://www.graphicsiq.com/news/2012-GraphicsIQ%20News%20Stories2.html wherein we learn the 3DSolve has announced that it'll be developing commercial software for the Croquet platform.
