Today, working on some old stuff , I resurrect this and find this "Christmas
egg"

For work:
Load on any 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 with John's VM 3.7 betaX

In Workspace type:

MacRegion crazyRegions

Collapse window clicking in yellow button.

You could see drawing off Squeak. No Tweak . No special VM. And just today I
discover.

When tired, bring Squeak to front again and do click for stop.
