[BUG] Project pop-up menu (was Re: WTF!?!?! -- CRITICAL USABILITY

Upon playing with it just now, I have to admit that's a pretty major
usability bug. I never realized there was a menu there either. The
pop-up menu should come up instantly via a yellow-button click like
every other pop-up menu in Squeak.
So if people really care about this, let's see a bug fix for this. :)
I'm adding a [BUG] tag to this post, at least. (I know, bug reports
should go in Mantis but this will have to do for now.)
