nil, true, false in literal arrays

Is there any reason that #(nil true false) is {#nil. #true. #false}
instead of {nil. true. false}? No other Smalltalk seems to do this,
and I've run into it a few times when porting code (especially in test
cases).

Anyone know offhand what ANSI dictates here?
