[ENH] Exposé for squeak (help needed)

He he... it's a little rough alright but still cool.  Andrew (who I work 
with) has been wanting this ever since he upgraded his OS X to 10.3. 
He'll be very excited to some progress made :)

Couldn't figure out how to get it to trigger with the mouse but "Expose 
activate" did the trick...
