Ehrm, I have already implemented this in my upcoming SMLoader... :)
And support is in the latest SM base. Anyway, I will look it through.

PS. Sidenote: In the latest SM base that I released yesterday I included
the MCInstaller/Monticello check we talked about (when upgrading
packages) and it will try to install the latest *published* release of
Monticello if the users agrees.
