I just noticed I had failed to write something on this page:

...that SM is currently (at least until Avi implements his
MISO-single-signon-thingy) the canonical place to register name, email
and developer initials.

When I deployed SM2 I automatically migrated the contens of the above
page into SM. But unfortunately I forgot to mark the page as obsolete.

So if you have recently listed yourself on the page above - also go to
SM and register:
