This appears to work fairly well, but BFAV2 uses a different set of
HTTP stuff and so BFAV2 doesn't work.  The SptHTTP stuff that BFAV2
uses appears to have some code to support authentication, but I'm not
sure it works with PROXY authentication, and BFAV2 doesn't appear to
use the authentication code anyway, although there has been a fix to
use the proxy.
