Hi, Alain,

I think you have to do this:
1. On http://map1.squeakfoundation.org/sm
  select the link  "My SqueakMap account"
2. You will be shown a page to log in.
3. As soon as you have logged in, you will see
a page that shows (among other things) links
to all packages that you have published.
To edit such a package, you have to follow 
such a link.
