Hi all

I was wondering if I'm the only one to see a refresh problem from time 
to time on mac.
This happens especially when I have a debugger open or blocks something 
with a halt.
Then the redisplay does not resplay simply the area that show be 
redrawn but all the windows and
pane are redrawn slowly one by one. We saw that and described that long 
time ago but this behavior is
still there in 3.7 vms.
