I would like to ask all packagage maintainers to take some time and
review any bugs/fixes/etc posted in BFAV2 related to packages that they
maintain.  Please note that how you manage these reports is completely
up to you.  If you take these reports and record them in some other way
then feel free to immediately close them on BFAV2.  You might also send
a message to the reporter.  Their presence on BFAV2 is primarily a
convenience to users and you.  If you like using BFAV2 to track these
issues that is fine as well.  However once you considered the issue
closed please close it on BFAV2.  There is quite a backlog of open
issues on external packages and a fair number of them have textual
comments that suggest the issue is closed, however no one ever closed
the thread officially.
