I'm new to Squeak/Smalltalk, so I need help with the following:

Is it possible to change the focus policy (on Squeak desktop) from click 
to focus, to focus follows pointer? I find this very important, because 
this is how I'm used to work for the past 10 years. Somehow I always 
forget that I have to click when shifting focus from, say, workspace 
window to transcript window, with the result being that some text 
normally disappears in the originally focused window -- very annoying
