I've had no problems emailing, though I had to use an inspector
to turn on SMTP authentication.  We really need a UI to maintain
the MailAccount.

There are still some email messages with attachments that
Celeste doesn't parse properly.  It seems to me that this
version of the UI gets more confused than the last
when these errors occur.
