A removal of the Squeak Server Pages would be quite safe. It's used by BookMorph
and Morph>>saveOnUrl and a few other places. But since the saving does
not work, 
or is very hard to use, it is quite useless in the state it is.
It could be put on SqueakMap as a package for interested people.
